Shipping & Returns
Starting on 11/13/2022, our processing can take up to 2-3 weeks while we take some time to spend with family for the Thanksgiving holiday. After 11/30/2022 our normal processing time of 3 to 7 business days will be in effect. Please message us prior to ordering if you have questions. We DO NOT accept cancellations for any purchases/orders so please make sure you read all information in the listing, that the processing and shipping times meet your timelines and you ask any questions PRIOR to purchase. If you have a deadline, it is YOUR responsibility to confirm with us the order will meet the deadline PRIOR to purchase. Again, once purchased no cancellations will be authorized- no exceptions.
We ship via USPS unless otherwise discussed and approved PRIOR to purchase. Any shipping delays and/or disruptions are not the responsibility of the shop. We will provide any information needed for the customer to follow up with the shipping carrier. Claims must be submitted directly through the shipping carrier by the customer.
Any promotional shipping or free shipping refers to USPS First Class mail only. Any upgraded shipping costs or Priority shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns/Refunds are not accepted. In the rare events there is a mistake of the shop, please reach out to us directly within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to remedy the situation.
