Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds


Our processing time can take up to 10 business days (business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays or the day of purchase).  These processing times are the time it takes for us to process, make, and package your order.  They do not include the shipping times. 

Please message us prior to ordering if you have questions.  We DO NOT accept cancellations or exchanges for any purchases/orders so please make sure you read all information in the listing, that the processing and shipping times meet your timelines and you ask any questions PRIOR to purchase. If you have a deadline, it is YOUR responsibility to confirm with us the order will meet the deadline PRIOR to purchase. Again, once purchased no cancellations will be authorized- no exceptions.

We ship via USPS unless otherwise discussed and approved PRIOR to purchase (for local pick-up exception, please see below). Any shipping delays and/or disruptions are not the responsibility of the shop. We will provide any information needed for the customer to follow up with the shipping carrier. Claims must be submitted directly through the shipping carrier by the customer.

** If you are local to FREDERICK, MD, and would like to save on shipping and pick up your order instead of having it shipped, you can select pick-up location at checkout.  An email will be sent when your order is ready with pickup instructions- please do not pay attention to the eta for pick up at checkout- this is an automatic time the website has for pickup locations and is not accurate as it is something we can't set or control.  We are a home-based business so please don't be alarmed when you pick up from the porch of a residence.  Please email if you have questions**

Any promotional shipping or free shipping refers to USPS First Class mail/ USPS Ground Advantage mail only. Any upgraded shipping costs or Priority shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns are NOT accepted and we do not offer refunds to include items that have been shipped/ delivered per the tracking or lost packages. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with their local post-delivery organization.  We will help provide the information need for the claim but can't be held responsible for shipping issues.  In the rare event there is a mistake in the production, please reach out to us directly within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to remedy the situation.

**Please note the colors in the pictures might vary slightly from the colors on the actual clothing. Trust us, the colors are even better in person.**
